Ardra Shephard is an award-nominated author, writer, content creator, and advocate living with multiple sclerosis. She is the author of Fallosophy: My Trip Through Life with MS, host of the Tripping on Air podcast on AMI Audio, and host and creator of AMI-TV’s Fashion Dis.

Through her writing, social platforms, podcast, and television work, Ardra brings a candid, often humorous perspective to life and travel with MS. She’s bold, funny, and relatable and her work offers an authentic look at navigating the world with a disability, helping audiences understand both the challenges and possibilities of accessible travel.
